Terms of Service

1. The service

vowcraft is a self-serve tool that turns the paired intake you and your partner supply — both first names, the shared memory you want named, what each of you wants to promise, the tone — into a set of paired wedding vows (both sides plus officiant quick-reads and a delivery-notes paragraph, delivered as a printable PDF and an editable web view). The output is engineered so both sides reference the same shared memory and read as one rite, not two monologues.

2. No warranty about how the vows land

vowcraft does not guarantee how your guests, your partner, or your officiant will react. The output is based entirely on the inputs you submit. We do not independently verify them and we do not insert content you did not supply.

3. Your submissions

You represent that the first names, promises, shared memory, and other inputs you submit are accurate, that they describe people and moments you have the right to use in a wedding ceremony, and that your partner has consented to having their first name and intake content used in the paired vows. Do not submit highly sensitive personal information, payment card numbers outside Stripe Checkout, or third-party confidential material you are not authorized to share.

4. Pricing, delivery, and refunds

The current listed price for one paired-vows order is $19 unless a different price is shown at checkout. Delivery normally occurs through the order page and a delivery email after payment clears, typically within a minute.

Refunds are issued on two verifiable conditions, each from the order page with one click and no support ticket:

Quality failure. If our automated mutual-reference validator flags your paired vows as failing (the generator could not produce sides that both reference your shared memory, or that honored your other paired-output requirements, on either of the two attempts the pipeline runs), you can refund automatically within 90 days of delivery. The artifact still ships and is yours to keep; the refund window stays open on the order page either way.

Verifiable non-use.If our access logs show you never opened the delivered vows (no view of the order page, no fetch of the PDF), you can refund automatically within 30 days of delivery. Opening the vows, viewing the order page, or downloading the PDF turns this option off — that’s the “verifiable” part.

Outside those conditions, refunds are discretionary except where non-waivable law requires otherwise — email vowcraft@forage.bot and we’ll work it out case-by-case. Refund processing is automated through Stripe and typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days.

5. AI limitations

The service uses automated systems and third-party AI providers. The vows are generated from the intake you supply, with a prompt engineered to refuse to invent names, places, or stories you did not give us. Outputs can still feel unfamiliar in your voices. You should read the vows aloud once before the ceremony, edit any line that doesn’t fit, and share the link with your partner so they can do the same.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use vowcraft to harass, dox, impersonate, or harm your partner, the wedding party, or guests. Do not submit content you know to be false and intended to deceive listeners. Do not use the service to violate the law.

7. License to output

Subject to these terms and payment of applicable fees, you may read, print, share, and otherwise use the delivered paired vows for personal, non-commercial use at your ceremony and related events. We retain all rights in the service itself, including the site, prompts, software, and operating methods.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, vowcraft is provided “as is” without warranties, and our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
